- Intention of the controller to transfer personal data to a third country or an international organisation: such data is not transferred by the controller
- Period for which personal data will be processed: for the period of performance of legal obligations, performance of a contract and thereafter within the scope of the statutory retention periods
- Rights under the GDPR: Under the GDPR, the data subject has certain rights: the right to request from the controller access to his or her personal data pursuant to Article 15 of the GDPR, rectification of personal data pursuant to Article 16 of the GDPR, or restriction of processing of the personal data pursuant to Article 18 of the GDPR, and the right to erasure of personal data pursuant to Article 17(1)(a) and (c) to (f) of the GDPR.
