Amendment to the Railways Act

Transpositions in the field of railway interoperability
On 30 November 2021, Act No. 426/2021 Coll., amending Act No. 266/1994 Coll., on Railways, as amended, and Act No. 634/2004 Coll., on Administrative Fees, as amended, was published in the Collection of Laws of the Czech Republic in Part 191.
The Act transposes, inter alia, Directive (EU) 2016/797 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 May 2016 on the interoperability of the rail system in the European Union.
